Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Profit Prophet websites, educational content, digital tools, apparel, and connected publishing experiences operated under The Unsystematic Method. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

Educational purpose

Profit Prophet content is general education. It is not individualized financial, legal, tax, investment, or credit-repair advice. We do not guarantee income, investment returns, credit-score changes, removal of accurate credit information, or any other result.

Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for information submitted through your account and for keeping credentials secure. You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, violate another person’s rights, or use Profit Prophet content for unlawful, deceptive, or fraudulent activity.

Digital products

Digital products are licensed to the purchaser for personal use unless a separate license says otherwise. They may not be resold, redistributed, copied for commercial use, or presented as professional services. Digital sales are final after delivery, except that damaged or inaccessible files may be replaced.

Apparel and physical products

Availability, sizing, shipping estimates, and return eligibility will be displayed before checkout. Unworn eligible apparel may be returned within thirty days after delivery unless the product page states otherwise.

Platform integrations

Features connected to TikTok, Meta, Instagram, Facebook, Threads, YouTube, or other platforms remain subject to those platforms’ terms, permissions, availability, and review requirements. You may revoke connected access through the relevant platform settings.

Intellectual property

Profit Prophet names, branding, original videos, text, designs, templates, and educational materials are protected content belonging to their respective owner. No ownership transfers through access or purchase.

Service changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features when necessary for security, compliance, platform requirements, or business operations. These terms may be updated, with the latest date shown above.

Limitation

To the extent permitted by law, Profit Prophet is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of educational content, third-party platforms, or decisions made from general information.
